Sales Executive (IT or CCTV Division)

• Possess Diploma or Higher in IT or CCTV Study in Sales, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
• 2-3 years working experience in sales.
• or without the above qualification but with 1-2 years Computer or CCTV Servicing experience are
encourage to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal and planning skills.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin. Knowledge of Chinese dialects would be an advantage.
• Result-oriented, matured, self-motivated and able to achieve sales targets.
• Able to follow market trends and plan for business activities.
• Possess own transport.
• To service existing and new customers.
• To establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• To promote a full range of the Company's products to customers.
• To provide advisory support services and recommendations to customers.

Call Centre or Telesales (IT or CCTV Division)

• Minimum SPM and above , IT or CCTV Study or Experience are encourage to apply.
• Experience in Telesales / Customer Service / Direct Selling will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Perform outbound calls to our client's , existing customer database and promote our new products
and services.
• Qualify potential customers using consultative techniques to identify customer needs.
• Assist the organization in maintaining maximum customer satisfaction
